Court Reservations & Rules of Play

Courtbooking

• Court reservations can only be made online via CourtBooking.
• The standard playing time is:
  • 60 minutes for singles
  • 120 minutes for doubles
    (including court maintenance in each case).
•  Please list all participating players for each booking.
• Advance bookings are limited to a total of three hours, with a maximum of one hour per day.
• If no other court is reserved after your booked playing time, you are of course welcome to continue playing.
  
• Additional rules apply to ball machines, guest players, and trial sessions (see below).

Fair Play when reserving courts

Our courts are available to all members on an equal basis.

Therefore, we ask that you:

• Book courts only when you actually plan to use them.
• To release any unnecessary reservations as early as possible.
• To update the booking system accordingly if the number of players changes (e.g., doubles instead of singles, or vice versa).

So-called “placeholder” reservations disadvantage other members and are therefore not permitted.

In the event of repeated or intentional violations, the Board may temporarily restrict the right to reserve a court.

Guest Player

Guests are always welcome here.

The following rules apply to guest matches:

• Guest matches must be entered into the booking system as “Guest Match” before the match begins.
• Each guest is limited to a maximum of five guest matches per season.
• Please fill out the guest match form completely.
• The guest fee (€10) can be deposited in the white mailbox in the clubhouse or transferred to the club’s bank account.

Trial Session

Anyone interested is warmly invited to get to know our club by attending a trial practice session.

Please note:

• Trial practice sessions must be arranged in advance with a board member.
• You can sign up in the system under “Trial Session Scheduled”.
• This helps us ensure that there are enough spots available and that our guests feel well taken care of from the very beginning.

Using the Ball Machine

Our club’s own ball machine is a special benefit for all members. To ensure it lasts a long time, we ask that you treat it with care.

Please observe the following rules:

• You may only use the ball machine after a brief orientation.
• Bookings must be made exclusively through CourtBooking.
• Adult members may book the ball machine; youth members may participate in training under their supervision.
• All practice balls must be collected in their entirety after use.
• The practice balls may only be used with the ball machine.
• After practice, turn off the ball machine and return the remote control to its designated place.

Court Maintenance

Well-maintained courts ensure optimal playing conditions and help keep our facility in excellent condition over the long term.

Please help us by:

• Watering dry courts thoroughly before play.
• Filling in any holes immediately and tamping them down.
• After your game, carefully rake the entire court.
• Then clean the lines.
• Please do not play on very wet courts to avoid damaging the surface.
• Please always follow the instructions given by our groundskeeper.

Registration with Courtbooking

Before you can book a court for the first time, please register on Courtbooking:

1. Enter your first and last name as well as your email address.
2. Set a personal password.
3. Click “Register.”
4. You will then receive a confirmation email at the address you provided (please check your spam folder if necessary).
5. Click the link in the email to confirm your address and complete the registration.

Court Reservations

Once you’ve successfully registered, you can book courts right away:

1. Log in with your email address and password.
2. Select the court and time slot you want.
3. Confirm your reservation.
